Rainbows and Sunshine

The Cabiri's audiences often ask us when we are going to present a "happy" show as our depictions of tales from folklore and mythology tend to be on the dark, intense side... so in response, we are presenting an evening of light, beautiful, sparkle-encrusted performances featuring aerial dance students of The Cabiri and Esther Edelman, and special guests Dyno and Zita the Aerialist. Our talented students and guests will dance on aerial hoop, fabric, rope and trapeze for your viewing pleasure. Not a demon, witch, or maleficent character in sight, we promise! Seating is very limited in the Movement Studio, with room for only about 75 audience members, so be sure to arrive early and get a seat. Your $15 donation at the door gets you a seat for the show and goes toward production costs for our big 10-year anniversary show on May 1, 2009. Bring a few extra dollars for the raffle and refreshments. Thank you for supporting the arts in Seattle!
